Now that you're getting you shoulders turning and getting higher in the spine from the first two videos of SaS series 2,  I'll be teaching you 'Wall Camels", another technique I use to get Higher in the Spine facing the wall in order to keep the hips in line with the knees.  I'll also show you how I execute the "Kim Tang Style Full Camel", keeping the heel grab while you make the turn into your full camel!
