Spine All Spine Series II, The Road to Full Camel and Beyond, is an all level progressive series that will either help you get that Full Camel once and for all, or help you therapeutically deepen it toward knee grab if you already have your full camel. Throughout this series, I'll be reinforcing the big-picture concepts of my teaching, while introducing you to my powerful, effective, and FUN drills that will give you 'what you need, where you need, when you need' in that position! Make sure to view all 8 Spine All Spine Sessions in order, each with its own corresponding homework video included as well!
Spine All Spine II: Video 2: Expanded Look at Half Wall Walks
In this Session, we'll Look at my Powerfully Effective 'Half Wall Walk' Technique from Standing, Kneeling and Seated Positions, in preparation for your Full Camel. While we'll discuss the differences between each, the Kneeling version will be a straight shot to preparing for your full camel!
Spine All Spine II: Video 3: Wall Camel
Now that you're getting you shoulders turning and getting higher in the spine from the first two videos of Spine All Spine series 2, I'll be teaching you 'Wall Camels", another technique I use to get Higher in the Spine facing the wall in order to keep the hips in line with the knees. I'll also show you how I execute the "Kim Tang Style Full Camel", keeping the heel grab while you make the turn into your full camel!
Spine All Spine II: Video 4: Kneeling Wall Walks
In this Session, I'll be connecting the dots from Session 2 "An Expanded look at Half Wall Walks" in a Progression that will lead to Kneeling Wall Walks. Using my Exact Technique of understanding how to Use your Strength to Create Space, and then express Range of Motion into the Space you've Created as well as understanding Leverages, I'll show you how you can 'Start Where You're At', and progressively Deepen the Spine until Voila! Low and behold, you've already done the work that is required in the Spine and Shoulders for your Full Camel! In fact, from this point on, you'll be able to "train past it".
Spine All Spine II: Video 6: Basic Full Camel, Heel Grab
Once you've done the work, as I always say, "Slowly, Patiently, Mindfully, Consistently, Self-Compassionately and Therapeutically", you're ready to begin the practice of Posture Execution. In this Session, I'll show you Three different approaches to Full Camel, one of which happens to be a bit of a signature of mine, in which you enter through the Basic (half) Camel, grabbing the heels and turning the shoulders without letting go. Once you know you can execute Full Camel Safely and Consistently, perhaps you'll decide you'd like to Deepen it even further from there, as I promised, toward a Knee Grab... That's what the next 2 Videos will address.

Beloveds, I cannot Emphasize Enough how each Step of this Series will lead you to Exactly 'What you Need, Where you Need, When you Need' to Execute Full Camel, even and especially Specifically in this Video, Beyond the Heel Grab to the Knee Grab.
